SEPT 2014 – Capacity building on IPR Enforcement – BN

A Capacity Building on IPR Enforcement Seminar took place on 15-16 September 2014 in the Brunei Darussalam.

The seminar was directed by two European experts and attended by national police and customs officials.

The main topics addressed were (a) IPR and customs, (b) IPR enforcement legislation, (c) cooperation and coordination in the framework of IPR enforcement, (d) policing and IP crime, (e) the criminal business model of IP crime, (f) a holistic approach in tackling IP crime and (g) collaborative approaches in IP crime investigation.
