Madrid System for the International Registration of Marks

Madrid System activities focus on assisting interested ASEAN countries in preparing for their accession to the Madrid Protocol for the International Registration of Marks or, if already Parties to that treaty, to take better advantage of the opportunities offered by the Protocol for national companies to protect their brands abroad.

 

This activity cluster comprises the following key activities:

  1. Providing assistance for interested ASEAN Member States to prepare for the accession to the Madrid Protocol (including on-the-job training for their officials) (2013-2015); Learn more...
