ECAP National Coordinators

The ASEAN Secretariat has appointed an ASEC Coordinator for ECAP III who maintains close consultation with the PMT concerning regional developments in the area of intellectual property and the planning and implementation of the project regional activities.

The ECAP National Coordinators (ENCs) (and their deputies), appointed by the ASEAN Members States, assist in the project implementation by:  maintaining the PMT briefed on IP developments in their respective countries and assisting on the compilation of relevant data; contributing to the planning and smooth and effective implementation of the various project activities as far as their respective countries are concerned by providing inputs and logistic support;  and, maintaining a fluent communication with the PMT in all matters relating to the project implementation.
