Project Steering Committee

The Project Steering Committee (PSC) oversees and validates the overall direction and policy of the project.  It has responsibility to approve the overall and annual work plans and reports prepared by the implementing agency and to discuss external evaluation reports.

The PSC comprises representatives of the European Commission and the ASEAN Secretariat and one high-level representative of each ASEAN Member State.  The PSC is co-chaired by ASEAN and the European Commission.  The decisions of the PSC on work plans, reports and the project in general are made by consensus.  EUIPO, in its capacity as implementing agency, attends the PSC meetings. The Project Management Team (PMT) provides the secretariat and planning support of the PSC.
