Quality Registration Services

Quality Registration Services activities focus on enhancing the administrative frameworks for the registration of trade marks and designs in the ASEAN countries, thus contributing to improve the quality of the services rendered to the business community. A key dimension is to favour the adoption of rationalized and streamlined registration procedures in order to increase the efficiency of trade mark and design administration.  This activity cluster also includes activities aimed at enhancing the technical capacity and skills of the human resources involved in trade mark and design examination and the development of adequate tools to assist the IP offices in the provision of quality services.

 

This activity cluster comprises the following key activities:

  1. Elaborating reference materials on best practices for ASEAN IP Offices, including quality management in the processing of trade mark and industrial design applications (2013);  Learn more…
