APR 2013 – Seminar on Trade Mark Sense & Sound Registration

The ECAP III Project Leader participated as speaker in the Seminar on Trade Mark Sense & Sound Registration organised by DIP Thailand following the amendment of its Trade Mark Law to include, inter alia, the registration of sound and scent marks.

This seminar was attended by DIP officials and representatives from the private sector. Presentations were mainly focussed on registration criteria, as set out by the current case-law. They also provided participants with practical examples as concerns sound marks.
